OK- I have a 96 with the factory installed 12 disk changer. The changer is a Pioneer changer(had on just like it in '92) with an adapter piece on the back for the GM connector.

My question is...If I get a 1.5 DIN Pioneer HUwith changer controls, is there an adaptor to make it work? Will it just plug right up? will it not work at all?

I am also looking at the Alpine 1.5 DINs since I have a changer at home for them...but just want the easiest and cheapest way to do it. I have a single DIN Alpine and 1/2 DIN EQ that will run it, but wonder bout the mounting options(and they are older). Just think the 1.5 DIN's look better.
