Dash, Tail, Fog, and Interior Lights Not Working

1995 Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am.

Problem: Dash lights, tail lights, fog lights and stereo don't come on and neither do the dome and other interior lights.

Headlights raise up and light properly.

Fog, tail, and parking lights flash on when arming the alarm, as usual. I've had the alarm checked and ruled out.

Other notes: HVAC works, fans blow, but panel doesn't illuminate. Glove box light doesn't work. Interior lights on doors don't work.

Power windows and locks work fine.

Fuses at interior panel and engine compartment fuses and relays have been checked. None were blown/bad.

How do I fix this or what should I check?

I got help from someone on another board who pointed me to the fusible link(s). I tested them all and one didn't register. Repaired that and BINGO! Fixed.

Thanks for your responses.
