Cleaning the circuit board.

Hey ya'll, I'm messing around with an old amp and I'm trying to clean all the corrosion from the back of it. How can I safely clean it without hurting anything?

For circuit board - acetone + old toothbrush. Do it outside. Alcohol + toothbrush will work, but acetone is better.
