Cheaply made firebird

Cheaply made firebird

I was doing rear speakers in a 98 Firebird today (which are VERY easy!) and i took the rear pannel off to dynamat it, and i found that its held on by velcro!! Anyone elese think that this is cheap?? They could of at least used pannel clips! Do the newer camaros use velcro too?

There is nothing wrong with the velcro they use. It's not like the regular velcro you find in clothing and it doesn't rattle.

yea, its NOT velcro(hook/loop). its mushroom style fastener, serious stuff. only thing that sux is the glue sometimes fails over time
