I have a 95' Trans Am. I have a msd digital 6, bottle heater,amplifier 960w, 1 farad capacitor and a few little things. Car starts up, 13.5 volts on the gauge and drops to 11 while warming up, then stays there. Turn the bottle heater on and at a idle really kills it and drops voltage when your driving to 10. Alternator tested good at Autozone, have the big 3. Battery and alternator reads 13.5, but in the car reads 11-10. Would a high output alternator help it keep up with the bottle heater and amp on? 160-200 amp alternator or what do you suggest?
