After this the battery is completely dead, any suggestions on what to look for or where to start looking? BTW......this also has happened after my car accident and new door panels install, its still damaged on the front passenger side, but you can still drive it around....please help

Re: car killing batteries??

Put an ampmeter at the battery and post back how much current it is pulling with the car off.

+1

I had a very similar problem (car was killing the battery w/in 2 days if it wasn't driven). Using an ampmeter, I found the power antenna had a huge draw on it at all times. I pulled the fuse, and the draw stopped.

Okay I tried last night, but not sure how to read it. I set it on 10 and when I would test the battery in the car it would read half. We took off the battery and read again and it was full? So i also tested the battery it had drained before and that thing read a full.

What you need to do is go to your fuse panel, pull a fuse and insert the two prongs of the multimiter and read the current. When you start to see a lot of current draw, you may have a problem with that system.
