Question Car Alarm Crazy

O.K. guys here's my problem. I have my stock alarm still on my car and yesterday when I put my alarm on after 10 seconds it started to go off. I disactivated & then reactivated it again and again the samething. Everytime I activate it, after 10 seconds it starts going off. Any ideas of what I should do to fix this or what may be the problem? Any help will be appreciated. I tried doing a search, but couldn't find something related to my problem.

only thing I can think of is that the sensitivity might be set too high. If you want to turn it down, the sensor is located in the spare tire well.

I tried adjusting the sensitivity and didn't seem to work. What I was able to do was once the alarm is activated, the 10 seconds go by, the alarm will go off, if I press the panic button it will stop the alarm going off & will then activate the alarm. I waited to see if it would go off again & it didn't. So I guess this is a temporary solution for now. Thanks for the help.
