so my horn on my 99 ta doesnt work, i switched the relay with the fogs, no good. checked the fuse, fine. hit the panic button just lights flash. put the pos lead of the test light on the green from the relay and ground it with the black from the relay the horn sounds but is the low i think. any guesses ? tomorrow i am gonna take a test light by the horns themselves

 

Did you find a cause? My 99 Z28 horn works - with the panic button and when the cars locks, but not with the steering wheel! I did all the fuse and relay swaps too - no dice. Before I take off the steering wheel, has anyone been in there before for this problem - and fixed it?

 

mine doesnt work either.and it pisses me off because of all the ******* people that dont know how to drive,i cant honk at em'
