I need a new amp does it matter if it is a cheap 300W amp or an expensive 300W amp?

I may have crossed the speaker wires on the speaker itself does this make a difference at all on the sound of the speaker?

What kind of cd player do you recommend for under $200

When it comes to car audio you get what you pay for... Crossing the speaker wires will cause it to be out of phase and not sound right.. For under $200 I would find a decent clarion, alpine or even pioneers are decent IMO. Get an IASCA test cd to see if your speakers are wired right..

 

I have no clue what an iasca cd is. Where do you get one?
