so my brake warning light on the dash is not lighting when the parking brake is flipped up. the bulb works when the car is turned on, and the switch sends 12v down the line when I lift the brake handle. any idea what it may be?

 

Parking brakes are normally negative triggers. Check to see if the switch is grounding.
