Okay, heres the rundown.

Morel, they suck.

Focal, they suck.

MB Quart, guess what. they suck too.

If I ever had a pair, I'd use their baskets as a toilet.

Hope that answers your questions.

Frontend: Focal 165A $150 (again, for the cash.... no contest)
Rear: Kicker RMB6 or Adire Audio Koda midbass $99 or $160
Sub: There are a ton. Check out the Alpine Type S series or step up to the Type-R's. ($65 or $95) Also, you might wanna check out Elemental Designs K-series or the Adire Audio Shiva ($125) But watch the dual 8 ohm coils on the Shiva.
Amps: If you want more then 50WRMS going to your front and rear speakers then I suggest the Kicker KX600.1 and the Kicker KX600.4. If you can deal with 40WRMS, then I suggest the JBL P80.4 and the JBL BP600.1
Check Ebay for the cheapest prices. Scala1 is a great seller to deal with. Also has a SMOKIN deal on a 0AWG amp wiring kit! $53!!!
I agree with Firebirdude on basically everything, especially the HU and rear speakers. If you can afford the 165V2 then get them. Subs, there are many and he names a few really good brands. Amps, there are many again. It's all about personal taste. For value priced brand, I'd go with USacoustics. You can't beat them for value. I'm doing a "cheap" system in my 92 and I'm running USacoustic amps. So far they have impressed me.
