Bose stereo question

Anyone have or know how large the subwoofer speaker is?
6" ,6 1/2" ???
If someone can measure it I would apreciate it.

I know the stock one is smaller, but I bought new ones for my frineds and we got 6 1/2 and fit. so im gonna say 6 1/2.

They are GM oversized right around 6 3/4
