Question best way to seal rear speakers in a convertible??

I need some help from all you convertible people. WHAT do I do for rear speakers??? I have a Phoenix Gold component set (6.5inch) in the rear enclosures and they sound horrible. I need some suggestions!! Also any suggestions that will help me improve sound quality out of the door speakers would be nice. I'm at a loss. Thanks!

The only thing I've seen that MIGHT work to seal up your rear speakers, are these plastic bowl shaped things that you could find at Canadian Tire (Your local everything store would be comparable). They look like margarine containers, and to install them you would need to remove your speakers, place this in the speaker hole, and then your speakers go back in. They look fairly decent, and look like they might work. They're also capable of being ported, if that floats your boat

For door speakers, I'd deaden your doors. Removing the door panels isn't too hard. You might also want to try the same plastic enclosure doo-hickies I mentioned earlier.

Thanks for the reply. I know what you are talking about. I actually have those. Got em from Canadian Tire. They are a total waste of cash. They vibrate like crazy and sound like crap. I thought for SURE that those would have worked. I a m on the verge of pulling all my hair out.
