anyone ever used the viper 5902 alarm?

anyone ever used the viper 5902 alarm?

im looking to get the best of the best alarm for my camaro....i could never imagine how upset id be if it was stolen ...
i can get the 5902 for around 400 and another 200 installed.

im wondering if it will roll up my windows when i lock it....
also i want it to go off if someone gets too close or if someone sticks there hand inside.

any feedback is greatly appreciated

DEI makes great stuff but its only as good as it is installed. It cant stop someone from throwing a brick through your window, and if the thief knows his stuff, its not gonna stop him. I would put the importance of a quality install above that of the alarm quality. That said, I use DEI. You can program the windows to do that, might need some additional parts, and I would strongly recomend rewiring the power and ground to the windows like the kit that one of the supporting vendors makes or make your own. This fixes the slow windows which is even more apparent with the added wiring for the alarm. Proximity sensors suck IMO and unless you have a convertible I wouldnt even give it a thought.

I had a viper alarm for my Camaro with that two way pager type system. It paid for itself in less than two weeks.
