I just picked my 00 SS and want to keep the factory stereo in it. I have done a couple searches through google and crutchfield looking for an ipod adapter kit for the stock radio. A lot have gotten only OK reviews. Has anyone already done this and if so what brand did you use. Like or dislike. Thanks in advance.

 

the cheap ones are total gabage and a waste of money, the one that plugs into the cd changer port sounds decent but I here some have problems and when you can get a nice head unit for $175, why spend $100 on a connecor piece of junk?

get a new head unit, it will improve the soumd quality all around, as soon as you hear the improvement in sound you'll love it, get one with bluetooth, then you can use it without wires.
