Any one have a Pioneer DEH-P9300?
Any one have a Pioneer DEH-P9300?
I just bought one of these through EBAY and bought it because of the good price. I came across this HU and started doing a little searching and found that it's pretty expensive new and has a lot of features. I've never seen one in person so I haven't fooled around with one. Are they easy to use? What about quality? Basically I just wanted a radio with some kind of wired or remote control so that I could still use my steering wheel controls with one of those adapters or senders. www.soundgate.com I also wanted MP3 and compatability with Pioneers upcoming Ipod interface. I was going to get the DEH-P760MP but found the other one at a similar price slightly used instead of $169 for a refurbished P760MP. Did I make a good choice?

The unit you bought is an old model, while the 760 is a current model, with the latest tuner, which is digital instead of analog, and the 760 is MP3 and WMA capable while the one you bought will play neither. Personally, I would have bought the 760.

I could have sworn that I read that it had mp3 playback. No worries though, all my mp3's are on my Ipod which pioneer is releasing a interface for just like alpine. Also I didn't like the idea of refurbished.
