Question Alpine question

Will this http://www.alpine1.com/html/D2_n_1_n_n.html CDM 7874 allow me to plug my portable mp3 player into it?

If not, what players will allow me to do so? (any brand)

yes any HU from alpine which has the versatile link(pretty much all) allows you to plug in a mp3 playstation 2 ect.

i would stick to alpine, but kenwood, pioneer, sony, clarion, all have these features also.

Well.... possibly, the link goes to Alpine's webpage, not to a product.

the CDM series of CD playpers I don't know if they make an adapter for.

The CDA headunits are what they call AI-Net compadable (I think that's where the A in CDA comes from). Those I know that Alpine makes a cable that is RCA-in (R&L) that alow you to plug anything with RCA outs into the HU and have it play.

Sorry 'bout the link - I didn't double check it.

Thanks for the info on the versatile link. Now it's time to go exchange a christmas gift
