is the alarm led required for the alarm to activate? i installed a new dash pad this past summer and it didnt have the hole for the led mount so i just unplugged it and the alarm worked fine. but i recently had it apart for heads and i think the bcm was like reset since its been unhooked from batt for so long and now alarm wont activate
