Hi all. The CD player conked out and it is time to move one. I am looking at an Alpine unit with MP3 player. Nice piece at a good price. Anything I need to know about installing it? I know I'll need the harness and mounting adapters.

Will I run into any problems with the Monsoon amp? I only want to change the head unit.

I have installed plenty of car stereos in older cars, but never one with a factory indstalled, high performance sound system. I'd rather install it myself and not take it in if I don't have to. I'm weird like that.
