94z28 radio reception horrible
94z28 radio reception is horrible in stock system. I only get local stations and even theyre fuzzy.i checked the antenna plug n its tight. Does this car have a power antenna? Im getting very little. Anyone?

it may have a power antenna, depending on the factory options
the antenna is located on the passenger rear quarter panel
if its a power antenna it could be toast, however you should still be able to pull it up by hand (check to make sure its not working first by turning the radio on)
you can either be cheap and leave it pulled up, buy a new unit, or buy a stationary unit to install
if your reception is still crappy, check to make sure the plug is properly attached to the antenna
if it is, then check to make sure there is not a break in the antenna wire (bust out the meter!)
