its been 10 weeks since i ordered.... no product and its been 2 weeks since i called and requested to cancel and get a refund... still nothing

 

My experience was the same as tucker87fire, but I'm also local. They did some work on my car and were a little slow, but I told them up front I was in no hurry. I had a couple of minor issues, which they took care of promptly and even went the extra mile. They trailored my car to a nationally known tuner some 2 hrs away and didn't charge me (other than what the tuner charged). Over time I have had contact with TR, James and Evan and have no complaints about any of them.
It's interesting that the problems seem to be with mail order, because from what I gather that is the bulk of their business...wonder if they have more than they can handle...
