Take it up with the authorities who can actually DO something about it.

If you feel your deal has truly gone bad, file a claim:

Thanks, This is the first time I have had any problems with anyone off this board. I don't mind people being abit sluggish about sending items out but when I pay promptly and they ignore me after they get the money i tend to suspect something fishy. If he doesn't at least drop me a email by the end of this week I will take further action.

I bought my cam from the guy. I had to threaten him with legal action VIA email because he stopped answering my phone calls. I got the cam pretty quick after that, but it was set up on a differebt LSA than was advertised. PM me if you need to get any more info on this guy. I did some research

I think I just was fooled by him, I paid using PayPal for quarter panels and a back piece of a camaro. He was trying to delay the shipment and so on. After 2 weeks I got nothing. He stopped responding to my emails.

Can someone provide me with some address, phone number to this guy. If I dont get any response from him I will ( using my family that lives in US ) start a legal action against him. In order to do that I need his data.

I'm so angry right now....

Why not just file a claim with paypal?

If you file the claim with paypal and escalate it to a dispute you will get your money back. he would have to have proof that he shipped stuff to you ie tracking number or signature upon delivery if it is over a certain amount of money (I think 300, not sure).
