This guy owns what appears to be a 1-man trucking company, USDOT registered, located at the same address you send the money to.

So you are saying that he is not the person that a search - based on the name and address you gave me for him - reveals owns a 1 truck USDOT registered trucking company in Hialeah, FL. Odd... because you say he keeps telling you he is an over-the-road truck driver, and didn't reply to you because he was on the road.

To whom did you make the payment, if this guy was only storing the tires?
