I purchased the wrong Opti from them on Ebay and simply wanted to return it and purchase the correct one from them. I understand that they offer free shipping but actually have to pay shipping so my refund would be minus shipping. Understandable. Now I just want to know the process to return this opti and get a refund(minus shipping). They don't answer the phone. They didn't return my email to them. They also havent responded through ebay messaging. I heard good reviews through this board so I though it would all be good. I think I may have been wrong.
