I'd have to disagree - took money --> no parts

Paid on 7/2 via paypal, its 7/20. No parts.
I'll leave out the "story" of emails, lets just say "excuses".

If I get my parts, I'll update this.

8/3 No parts
A week ago he agreed to refund my money
As of today - zip zilch nada.

I don't know what the deal is, but the actions are that of a dirtbag.
