Nothing screams Genuine Chevorlet like a new Metro.

I really hope everyone involved with this car lost their job.

Actually, in a spanish speaking country, nova is by far a worse name for a car.

Don't think that I like the "Chevrolet Chevy" but at least it doesn't translate to "does not run"

it's mexican market... who cares what it's called over there? besides, that car is too small and cheap to be sold here. but over there it's like a mid-sized sedan. and i'm sure those luky enough to afford a new one will be happy to get one.

Chevy Chevy? that is dumb, but not as dumb as "car" would be for a car name. Is there going to be a trim level called "Chevy" too?

I can just hear the Cheech and Chong conversation now...

Man: Hey man...what kinda car you got?
Pedro: Man, I got a Ch-evy Ch-evy (say Chevy with a "ch" sound, not an "sh" sound)
Man: Far out, man.

This is too funny. Reminds me of the Le Car.

The Chevy, by Chevrolet....

They had "the Truck" by Chevrolet for a while, now they can have "the Car".

No, it's the Chevrolet "No Go" Nova as the worst ever. The Buick LaCrosse in Canadian-speak isn't to flattering either.

A Chevy Chevy is odd. But really, my money's on it being a Chevy Daewoo.

No, the Chevy II was the original Nova. The car line was "Chevy II" and the top trim line was "Nova" (just like "Malibu" was a trim line on Chevelle). There is much Chevy II underneath a first Gen. Camaro.

There was a "Heavy Chevy" trim on Chevelle in 1971-72: http://www.chevelles.com/years/72/heavychevy.html

So I guess in full that would have been the "Chevrolet Chevelle Heavy Chevy"
