I don't know you but you seem to make a lot of sense in many of your replies that I've read. Even with state and federal rebates, they're not worth it considering the cheaper / better cars you can get for half the price.

to why I ended up at the Honda dealership that day. After I bought it I tried to play it off as me trying to help a cause or whatever. But yea, it was a horrible purchase and I'll admit that freely. But for $12K you can get one with 12,000 miles...thats not a bad deal. 
That doesn't help new car sales though.
