That Saab/Opel Turbo 2.8L doesn't have much more power than the 3.6L.
250-260HP 2.8L are also without Direct Injection. I imagine a DI Turbo 2.8L would be closer to 300HP+.

That is what Maximum Bob has said.
I expect the top of the line Opels will be Redlines with mid levels and base models being different, for example base Vectra likely has an ecotec whereas the base Aura has the 3.5 OHV V6.
