When can I get a CTS-V?

When can I get a CTS-V?
After months of debate, I've decided this will be my next car. Does anyone know when they go on sale? Ive heard as early as March '03 to as late as spring of '04. Dammit, I hate my current car, my driving record is finally clean, and I've got the money. Come on industry insiders, give me the scoop

I have heard fall 03, around the same time the 2004 3.6L CTS comes out.
P.S. Good Choice, should be a bad *** car, it I had the choice of a new Cobra, GTO and CTSv, I'd go with the CTSv
