What are your favorite Chevy concepts?

*shrug* I like the SS. Keep in mind its a concept not a production vehicle.
Make it a two door, tone down the front fenders, give it a more realistic front end. Also make the rear valance body color.
IMO opinion there is ALOT more Camaro there than anything. Maybe they're testing the styling waters for the 5th gen?

I like, and would consider buying, the reg cab Silverado SS. I like, and really want to buy one for my wife, the Equinox. As far as the SS, I betting it has some C6 cues in it. I like it as well.

IMHO, the best two concepts GM has had in a long while are the Pontiac G8 and the Chevy SS.
The G8 should have been given the green light instead of the Monaro and and I think the Chevy SS rear end needs a bit of work. Overall, though, I think those are the best two.
Also, I get a sneaky feeling the SS is "stretched" preview of the styling that will show up on the '05 Corvette.

What happened? I thought people would be all over this thread. We are the double distilled essence of Chevy enthusiasm on this board.....and yet no one is very enthusiastic.
Is Chevy completely missing the mark with their concepts? The silence is deafening.

You know what I'd like to see...some cars...that's what. The SS concept is liked by some, but to me it's just a cartoon character, not a car.
Of course we'd like to see a Camaro...but any car would be good. Coupes, sedans, station wagons...whatever. The Ford stand had one of each....and each one was spectacular.
The Bel Air stands a good chance for production, eventhough it was met with luke warm reviews. Why? Is it because it would be so easy and cheap to manufacture?
I'm trying really hard to be positive BTW.

A full 1/4th of the people (including me) who've responded to this thread have said
The regular cab Silverado SS
JESUS CHRIST THE HANDWRITING ON THE WALL IS IN NEON ORANGE WITH NEON GREEN AROUND IT. The big wigs cant honestly be that blind?

Z284, you got it right a few posts up. There is nothing from Chevy to talk about. Nothing really from GM for that matter!! But the G6 is alright.
That car as a 2 door, V8, RWD, and smaller rims, would have been a better GTO than what we're getting. Go all the way down the page until you get to it for those who haven't seen or wanna compare it with the Grand GTO: http://pontiac.com/concept/index.jsp...gename=concept The BV GXP is pretty nice too.
