What do we make of this?

This is Velite's engine bay. We know it has a V6.....but look at that cross brace. Is it there because Zeta lacks enough rigidity for a convertible?
Everything is pretty well covered, but what can we deduce from this pic?
I'd love to get a peek under those mesh screens.
