Your reply = worthless... Add another post to your count, I suppose.

I'd appreciate it greatly if you could refrain from posting the one sentence and/or pointless responses unless they are of some use and you are actually interested in something other than adding to your post count... it just clutters up the board and makes it difficult to filter through all your "That's cool" and "Me too" replies.

It seems like I go into many forums now only to see your name as the last 20 replies on 20 different threads, and I have to spend 15 minutes trying to find the legitimate stuff I want to read.

He was giving his impressions of the cars. That is why he posted. Why did you reply?

I was there yesterday as well. Good show! Too many people as usual. Need to go on a weekday.

Cadlilac 16 was awesome! I saw a decent sized crowd at the GTO display....that sort of surprised me. Nice car, but a little underdone on the styling, IMO of course.

Mustang GT surprised me. I've seen many pictures and didn't think much of it till I saw it in person. Makes a big difference! Very nice and very clean lines. I'd say maybe the front fascia is a little retro, but that's about it. Still good look'n, much better than the current one by far.

Chevy SS looked good, but to anyone thinking it's a styling concept for a Camaro, maybe you don't realize the size of the car. It's huuuge! Doesn't look it, but it is.

My favorite car there, styling wise, had to be The Merc Messenger by far! Too bad it will never make it to a show room. Sheet metal on that thing was definitely more taught then the GT. With the right engine I'd consider trading in the 'maro

350Z Vert was good look'n too.

I'm going to the NY auto show next weekend, I can't wait. How many GTOs did they have there?

I'll be bringing my Digital Camera, and try to get some good pics.

They just had one yellow GTO there - had a large gathering around it, but I really wasn't too impressed with it. I dont believe there was one person that looked at or at least stayed for an extended period of time at the Chevy Malibu Maxx. You couldnt get close to the GTO since it was on a stage, but you can get up close to the CTSv and look right inside. I also saw the new Chrysler 300N - it looks like a Bentley from the front, defintely different - I like it, very bold looking. The SS Concept had a HUGE gathering around it - people, including myself, were very VERY impressed.

The SS Concept should be taken apart now and the plans scratched so that a car that is as wierd looking and as purposeless can never be built again.

I can see why there would be a crowd around it though, its not like Chevrolet really has anything else to look at.

What isn't "purposeful" about a large, RWD, V8, slick 4 door sedan? That kind of describes the now-on-a-pedestol B-body Impala SS doesn't it?

The Impala SS looked like a sedan, that thing doesn't, even though it has 4 doors. The Impala SS was a sedan with some power, (it was still like a 15 sec car) this SS Concept is basically a real musclecar extended some with 2 extra doors. It just doesn't make sense. And the styling makes me wanna throw something at it, which might make an improvement.

At this time when there is no Chevrolet 4 seat coupe musclecar, that thing serves no purpose and its looks make me think about just how much of a lousy design direction Chevrolet might be hopefully not going in. Even if it was just a "history combination car" or just a "styling exersize," I wanna see something out of Chevrolet that really means something.
