I didn't know you could get a Trailblazer with a V8. Which engine is it?

The Ascender is more of a clone of the Envoy, not the Trailblazer.

The V8 is the aluminum 5.3 that goes into the LWB Envoys and Trailblazers, and along with the Ranier is the only SWB SUV to get the V8.

Trailblazer and Colorado are not the same platform. Makes me sick to see a Saab SUV---a rebadged version of the Trail Blazer---ugh....Honda did that a few years back with an Isuzu---and rebadged it as a Honda.

They did look at the SRX---but I can't remeber why, ditched that plan.

I don't like how they are going to use the TB/Envoy platform, this platform is starting to be over used

but.... maybe it won't be a rebadged or reskinned TB/Envoy. look at the SSR, you would never know it was on the Trail Blazer platform. If they make it look like something no one has ever seen and uses a Saab power train, I guess that would be ok, maybe a turbo 2.8L I4
