Its carpoint.com who did the joke..

Also on Guion's points....Holden was forced into the Toyota patnership infact both Holden and Toyota Aus where told during late 80's and 90's that this was what is going to happen.

All Holdens large trucks and SUV's come out of Izuzu..

So yeah dumb joke that got leaked early

You know those company divisions he cites are made up anyways. Sounds like fluff names. If this were true, it would be in the newspaper and on TV. It also does not make sense that the Aussies would buy trucks from toyota when GM owns the truck market in North America with the GMT 360, Silverado's, Sierras, Yukons, Tahoes, and Suburbans. And the truck line is due a redesign in two or three years anyways, so the Aussies could get the brand new redesigned trucks.

Also, the thought of my Camaro ever having anything in common with my mom's Avalon, made me sick
These cars on completely opposite sides of the automotive spectrum, Avalon is refined, quiet, comfortable, soft ride, crappy handling,FWD, understated, boring, geezer mobile, and way underpowered.
Camaro is rude, crude, in your face, exciting, awesome handling, and faster than most anything on the road.
