With each new car that comes out, it seems the logo gets revised (C6, Mustang, etc). The Camaro's logo is pretty generic (though recognizable), so do you think GM will revise it extensivly, or maybe even design a completly new one?

 

Are we talking about the "Camaro" script or the actual 3 stripe Chevy logo for the Camaro?

I see the Camaro text getting restyled to either the style of the 60's or like the Corvette's with the top part of the text connected.

the Camaro flag logo should at least get a gold bowtie to fit in with the current styling of Chevy, with maybe the whole logo looking the same maybe making it classier and more modern looking.

I always liked how the firebird had a ... well, Fire BIRD.. the camaro had three little strips and a chevy emblem. That doesn't really scream "camaro" to me.. that scream "Generic"

but i'm not sure what the logo would be. That emblem fits very nicely on the front end of our cars.

 

I do miss the red Bow-Tie. Gold sucks. Red should be performance and Blue should be for standard. Just my humble opinion.

Its a given that logo will get redesigned . Given chevys current styling themes and what not I would have to speculate the red/white/blue might actualy be inlays in a actual aluminum or chrome looking emblem with a 3 dimensonal bowtie incorporated . Thats opposed to the 3 gen/4 gen clear plastic emblem with a sticker underneath . And just going off history , I wouldnt look for the Camaro script to change to dramatically . I could see it going to a italic font as opposed to the upright it has been with a similar font to the current C6 . I doubt we'll see a chrome camaro emblem with a great big C like the past . Hopefully the / comes back on the Z/28 .

 

I agree with u 100% Both styles should be brought back but Chevy was tryin to have some sort of unification within the brand with all the vehicles sharing one logo which I dont think is bad just the old red racing bowties were awesome.

 

I liked that the Camaro's badge had the American flag's colors in it.

If it will have a badge still, I kinda hope they continue that tradition.

 

Guys it is called the ribbon. It is a MUST for the next Camaro.

 

I'm just hoping they revise the Z28 on the side and rear bumper. I swear that style with the horizontal stripes running through it have been around since the late '70's I think. I want to see a Z06 style badge, or something close to the 1969 or 1970, with the big red Z and smaller font 28, WITH a slash between them .
