Not quite what I expected.

Well, at least the interor looks fantastic.

Yeah thats the interior. I was a bit underwhelmed while putting camo on these things all summer. I drove in one too but nothing too involved as far as the driving went. The interior is pretty decent and the exterior is ok. Still the F-series should do well.

Yeah its just a refresh and its not going to be what a lot of people expected but still a good truck.

So does anyone know for sure if this thing is going to have the 6.2 when it comes out next year?

We have been looking for a full-size SUV and looked at the Expedition EL this past weekend.

Not a bad ride, but the interior looks like it was designed by Fisher Price. It has to be the worst interior I have seen in three decades. My wife nearly refused to even ride in it- she said she would not even consider making a payment on something that bad. Even commented that if we won one in a raffle, she'd trade it that day for something else.

The spy shots of the interior look as bad or worse.... not even close to the direction I personally would consider.

I like Ford, but they need to re-find their way quick. They don't make a single product today that I'd actually buy and I hate to say they are the only car company I can say that about.

There is nothing functionally wrong with the interior, it just is bad from an ergonomic and aesthetic perspective.

It did not help that we had just left the GMC lot and climbed thru a new Yukon XL and a Denali. There is just no comparison.

I actually much perfer the interior of our (GMT-800) Avalanche over the Ford offerings. Look at the new GMs, it is no contest.

But hey, that's why Baskin Robbins makes 31 flavors!
