Thumbs up Some different photos on USA Today from NAIAS/LA Auto Shows.

I found some newer photos and hence angles that have allowed me to appreciate the Malibu and Chevrolet SS more than I did initially at USA Today:

You'll find the 'Photo Gallary' under the green area titled "Beyond Words."

The only downfall is that the picture of the Colorado made me dislike the new midsize trucks a little more.

Jeff

I kinda like the Colorado Jeff. Did you see that motorcylcle looking thing that Chrysler made.

DaimlerChrysler Chrysler COO Wolfgang Bernhard rides in on a concept Dodge Tomahawk, which is powered by a 500-horsepower, V-10 engine.
All that in a motorcycle!

The Tomahawk is not by any stretch an original concept. The 502 Boss Hoss has been in production for a few years now. Would you like a big block Chevy-powered two-wheel motorcycle? Four wheeled motorcycles are for wusses.

Dax, I think the Colorado is an improvement over the S10, but in comparison to a ZR2, I don't think the Colorado's Z71 package is going to be as impressive. I wish GM could build truck to have the same side stance as the 4x4 Tacoma.....Tall with big wheels.

The ZR2 did that for me, but I have yet to see it in the Colorado/Canyon. I'll make a final judgement upon seeing more/better pictures.

Still hoping, but remember Dax, I'm the Randy Moss of truck buying. Never satisfied.

Jeff

P.S. Let me say again that for the first time I'm impressed with the Malibu, and very impressed with the SS.

Yeah, I know, Randy Moss. That still cracks me up! Those pics of the SS are do show some different angles. It looks more Vette to me in those pics. And the Malibu still looks not so good to me. To each their own I suppose!
