Why is it that every time a "spy photo" gets taken, half of the picture is covered or mangled in some way, and there is only one shot and in the worst angle possible? Why not multiple shots getting the back end as well as the front? Any one here a spy photog?

Yeah, that concepts been floating around since 1999 I think. GuionM can pretty much give you the run down of what to expect from Dodge when they replace the Intrepid.

Fellas, you want to see the Solstice, go to Pontiac's site. LOL

Maybe it's just me, but that platform looks to small to be a Camaro replacement. It looks like a Miata and BMW Roadster killer to me...

There is a solstice, but there is a lot still to be decided. They still don't know which variant of the ecotech they are going to use, but 6-speed is a definite.

Actually, I wish Pontiac had imported this and used this as the solstice as they originally were going to do:

The concept weighed 2900lbs. And albeit a concept is not the most weight-efficient, I wouldn't look it to be as feather-weight as the Miata (about 2400lbs)...likely closer to 2800-3000. With that weight and a 140hp ECOTEC 2.2L it won't be much of a screamer in base trim.

Vehicles do tend to balloon as they go through development, but you never know...
