I assume you mean Detroit. if we hadn't seen those last minute Autoweek photos of the SS, that would've been the big surprise for sure. I think it still is the intended big surprise for the vast majority of people who have never seen it or heard of it. I think the SS, along with the G6, will be major attention grabbers.
The big surprise in L.A. was the GTO of course. Everyone on this messageboard is in the minority, being that we knew about it ahead of time. Again, the vast majority of people out there didn't know a darn thing till Jan 3 2003.

I don't know what Lutz said...but didn't Settlemire say just a few threads ago that Chicago was the show we didn't want to miss? Sicne the Chevy SS, GTO, G6, are already debuted...what could be so captivating from an enthusiast's standpoint at Chicago? Anyone?

Hmmm....Im really beginning to think that Chicago will have more than just a blown Impala SS and Monte SS. Maybe there is hope....
