Maybe they will bring out the ultimate in retro a Turbin powered buble top 2 seater that looks like the batmobile.

That's f***ing harsh! If they aren't gonna bring back the Firebird-T\A with the Camaro then they shouldn't tease us!

They did this same thing with the 89 Fiero concept a few years ago. They had kept them locked up for years and all of a sudden took them on the show rounds. It did not mean anything then and it does not mean anything now.

Just a little bit of history on display. Nothing more, nothing less.

If GM only let pontiac do a fiberglass car based off the corvette we'd have the banshee.

You guys need to take some valium or get help.... now!

The cars are being shown to give the public a view of some historic cars that we haven't seen in person before. Nothing more, nothing less.

Everything someone does doesn't have to be a preview of an upcoming car, or done to kick sand in your faces. Get real!

I really can't believe how high strung a few of you really are.

It was just announced that the 89 fiero concept will be shown again in Chicago this September at Fierorama along with 3-4 other unique fiero's.

The firebird's would be something unique to see.

To me I believe there are very good reasons why both of these models are being shown once again.

Re: So GM is Bringing the Origional Firebird concepts to the PA Auto Show, Why?

I agree that, in general, dragging out old prototypes for a gala fiesta does not mean that a discontinued car line will be resurrected.

What I disagree with is the failure of GM to give the slightest scrap of truth to F-Body fans as to whether or not another "Camaro" will ever appear.

We've suffered thru years of teasing! The Ramones ad on the back cover of Newsweek (with a BEAUTIFUL 1st Gen) a few years back, claiming "We'll be there!" The slip-up (and retraction) of a member of the GM brass regarding a resumption of Camaro production. The .PDF, etc.

In the face of such teasing and DENIAL, the displaying or mentioning of any F-Body or Camaro/Firebird-related items while denying that it will come back is aggravating and irritating!
