Should Buick have a fullsize?
Should Buick have a fullsize?
When the GMT 900 and 910s are redone should Buick get a Tahoe sized SUV?
Also should they get a fullsize truck?
Post reasons why or why not.
I my stance they should get a fullsize SUV because they are expanding into the SUV market. I think it could support a extended or crew cab only truck with AWD only, but I think a fullsize Buick would compete with GMC.
Note you can vote for more than one option.

Re: Should Buick have a fullsize?
Im thinking Full size cars...to which...YES. A nice Zeta car, but I think that a very bold Velite like car, with suicide rear doors...something that would really set it apart from the boring mundance 300
.
.
GM has too many models and too many divisions
You should ask a few questions before whoring out another GM platform:
SHOULD Buick do it? Is it right for the brand? Is it consistent with the identity of Buick? - I say no it is not.
How many would you sell and where would these buyers come from? - I would guess that 75% of the sales would be from buyers who would have purchased a GM product anyway, leaving you with 25% conquest sales (and thus your improved profitability).
Will the profit generated from the conquest sales exceed the development, marketing, and manufacturing expenses? - I doubt it.
Could that development and marketing money be used in another way that would return more to GM from the investment? - Yes, I think so.

.Thats what I was thinking before entering the thread. Buick and Chevrolet need a full-size RWD V8 car.
Re: Should Buick have a fullsize?
I think that GMC's SUVs would be in the same spot a fullsize buik suv would be in. Above a Chevy, but below a caddy. Thats just my opinion. Give them a nice pimpin full size Zeta
. And then maybe a nice coupe to go along with it, IE Velite.
