Manufactures plates, no powerstroke tags, it had the typical test vehicle tags in the back window and bumper, had test equipment in the truck, louder than a 6.4L powerstroke(@70mph) BUT it had a single exhaust(not the new dual outlet that all the diesels have).

I know Ford is working on their own diesel, wonder if this was a test vehicle for it.

 

Could be a test for the new 2010 powerstroke.

 

Gas motor maybe? I know the ford v8s have been getting throatier exhausts
