I've had confidence in the guy ever since I read his admission that he doesn't know everything, and believes in bringing in people who knows things he doesn't, and give them the room to do their job.
Rick Wagoner is also a bit cocky, and can take care of himself. He doesn't suck up to anyone, yet at the same time, by every account he is a great telent developer.
I can just imagine Buickman going up to Rick Wagoner, telling him his way's wrong, and only the Buickman plan will save the company. The fellow probally listened politely once, determined the guy was full of himself, and refused to meet him again.
That would explain Buickman's daily childish rants on his so-called news letters.
I finally got sick of it, and I unsubscribed.

Weird, I'm not registered there and I was able to browse the forums without signing in. Buickman's thread is in the GM News sub forum with the thread titled something like "The Solution." The best part is I read through most of it last night and at one point he said he likes C&G more because they are "not like the snobs over at camaroz28.com." Buickman is apparently a bit sour from being asked to never post here again!
