Possible Colorado based SUV in 2007?
From USAtoday.com
"Isuzu isn't due for another model until the 2007 model year: an SUV version of an Isuzu pickup sold in Thailand. Isuzu hasn't shown dealers any photos or models of the '07 SUV."
Is this pickup the Isuzu version of the Colorado?

Just traded my 01 Rodeo for a Colorado... hated the Isuzu, only bought it because 0% interest rate. In a little less than three years the drivers door hinge broke twice, clutch fan locked up, AC compressor went bad, speakers blew, rear hatch rattled and was never fixed (even though dealer tried), ride was awful, interior was poor. I was told by the salesman before I drove off not to put more than 5 CD's into my 6 CD changer. I followed that advice but onetime tried it... sure enough, damn thing goofed up, kept trying to change the CD even with the key out of the ignition, drained my battery.
That was my first and last *** auto.

I wish instead of coming out with a Coloroda-based SUV, they would move the Colorado to the Trailblazer chassis. It's already using a derivative of the same drivetrain, so why not share the chassis too? Sure it'd add a bit to the production cost, but the Colorado would stand as dominant among its competitors for sure even with a slight bump in price.
Isuzu isn't really Japanese. I mean, yeah, technically they are. But both they, Mitsubishi, and to a lesser extent Subaru have never really been considered a part of the 'Japanese quality triad' which is Toyota, Honda, and Nissan... although Nissan may not be part of the group any longer if they keep up the crap they've been putting out recently.
Isuzu and Mitsubishi both suck in terms of reliability. I'd rather drive just about any GM vehicle before I touched an Isuzu or Mitsu (with a few exceptions).
