Equinox will be a bonified home run.

This is going to be a top seller. No question in my mind at all.

I agree..If Chevy can crank out interiors like that maybe some people will shut up. the only questionable thing is the steering wheel though...it looks kinda hamfistedly designed..

My g/f would be driving one soon as they hit the road if we didn;t get such a good deal on a Trailblazer.

FWIW, I think Colorado is going to be huge as well...

Obviously, as Chevrolet's entry truck, it's going to sell no matter what, but I think it is light years ahead of S10 in just about every way...

I think Chevy Trucks has two winners on their hands here.

Very nice looking front-driving SUV's indeed. They drive really well too.

I really wanted to buy my wife an Equinox, but she has her mind set on a CR-V. Maybe if she sees these pics it will change her mind.

DID YOU KNOW: The Classic (Malibu) only comes with a four-cylinder Ecotec now.

It should be. How long ago was it that the s10 came out?

Nice exteriors but the interiors look to be a continuation of GM's plastic fetish. Is the equinox available with the honda engine as with the Vue or is it stuck w/the ol' 3.4?

Unfortunately, the Equinox will start off with the 3.4. It should get one of the "global" V-6's when they become available though. I see the engine being the only weakness on this vehicle. The 5speed tranny makes up for a lot though. It will have the luxury of launching with all the (numerous)improvements that have been made to the Vue. IMO, this will be a vehicle I would be confident buying a 1st year of...

Does that mean that when the Equinox goes on sale it will get a new engine?

You know a Colorado xtreme might not look too bad after-all. Itd be pretty tight now that I look at these pictures.
