Only 11 months to go....
Only 11 months to go....
I'll be doing this each month until we hear something about a new car. If there is no new info in 11 months, which is when the next Detroit auto show is then I've decided to by a low milage 96+ Dodge Viper GTS. You can pick them up for half the price of a new one, and your virtually guaranteed they'll be in great shape.
So in 11 months I'll decide whether to save my money for a future Camaro, or blow the wad on a usedGTS which I'll mod to my hearts and pocket books content.
Peace!

I really don't think the CTSv is going to depriciate much if at all.
Remember the Impala SS (the mid-90s version). From the 1st one onward, they didn't depriciate any till just a couple of years ago, and there are still plenty in good condition selling above the original price. I think the CTSv is going to be the same way.

I totally agree.
Look at the resale value on ANY Art & Science Cadillac... it's OUTSTANDING. 2003 CTS's are still holding a great deal of the MSRP compared to other vehicles.
Being that the V-series are basically limited editions, I would expect them to hold their value even moreso... basically like BMW's and BMW's M-Series cars.
