easy one...to get sales...and alot of the times the news about the cars are not correct or inacurate big time, or its rushed to print so fast the next day it might come out that it was false...
and car mags are about 2-3 months behind on the 5th gen info, by the time the mag comes out with it its been rehashed and sifted through for any truth...there are guys on this boead that know WAY more thanthey can tell than some writer in a car magazine...trust us on that one...

There is no printed or written "proclamation" anywhere regarding a 2007 Camaro.

The closest thing yet was a comfirmation that there was a company that won the contract for producing a steering system for a "Camaro", however, this car does not have an official name. It's the RWD 2007 Zeta based performance coupe. which is no secret anymore.

The steering system would be for the next Monaro and GTO as well.

This is not to say there isn't a new Camaro coming, though.

 

The factory needs to reopen in order to start production. It's been closed down for awhile now...

 

You mean St. Therese, the plant that was closed when production ended in '02?

Errrrrrrr....that facility was demolished earlier this year.
