I like it, but I wish they would offer a civi SS with a 6.2L.

Yeah, the 9C3 (detective model) is screaming for the SS treatment. It'd be neat if somebody could photoshop the 9C3 pic into an SS.

355HP? Are they really depowering the engine that much? The pdf didn't load correctly for me, was the torque rating listed?

384 lb/ft @ 4400 rpm. Peak HP is at 5300 rpm. Definately tuned for low to mid-range power and for the automatic. Probably feels quite good on the street.

4260 lb curb weight. Eecks. But there is no such thing as a light police car....lol.

It's a great police car.
Now what if we could take this same platform and double our sales with very little cost.
We could call it the G8 or something.
Nah that's a dumb idea lets just cancel it.

I'd take this car as the next gen. Impala, with a dressed up interior......... B
but oh wait that would be re-badging and GM doesn't do that anymore.

I'm sure there will be some aftermarket grilles available with the Pontiac Arrow head.

Should compete very well with the Charger. Looking more and more like Ford's bringing a knife to a gunfight with the Taurus. Most of the police fleets in the DFW area are going to Chargers.
