Next Gen Silverado SS???

Will there be a next generation Silverado SS? If so is it a safe bet that the Supercharged motor rumored to be in the Escalde V series will find its way to the Silverado SS? Or will we have another watered down truck that looks sporty?

Heard a rumor a while back that there was going to be an SS and an SS/SC. So I guess we can expect the SS to be reasonably sporty, and the SS/SC to be an absolute beast.

Chevy shouldn't do that. The SS should be the top model and the non S/C model should be an "extreme" or something like that.

Hopefully, it will a LS2, be lighter than the last gen, and be priced below the SRT10. A T56 wouldn't hurt as well as rwd.

I'd rather just have a 6.2L L92 and a 6 speed automatic or manual in a regular cab with 20"s rims and body colored grill for under $28K

It just seems logical that it would get the same drivetrain as the Escalade V series. I would rather have a s/c monster.
