I found this snippet attached to one of the articles about today's unveil...
No indication on how long "later" actually is.
The full-size pickups, codenamed K2XX, will also be the basis for GM’s best-selling full-size SUVs, the Suburban, Tahoe and Yukon. Those models go on sale later.

Maybe by the NYC auto show in April.
Rumor is the next Escalade will be the last to come out. You won't be able to buy one until 2014 so it will probably debut as a 2015.

The Tahoe looks way better than a the Silverado, old or new. I hope GM doesn't screw this up. If I were in the market for a new truck I would get a 2013 Avalanche over any of the other traditional pickups on the market. Its a shame that the Avalanche isn't continuing on with the next generation.
